Event Video Production in Dubai

Conferences, exhibitions, launches and gala dinners, with fast-turnaround social cuts.

Event video is the one kind of production where the deadline is part of the product. A highlight film published while the exhibition is still open does a job that the same edit, delivered two weeks later, cannot do at all. Everything about how we cover an event follows from that.

We film conferences, exhibitions, product launches, gala dinners, corporate gatherings and branded experiences across Dubai and the UAE — with the fast social cuts and the longer film planned as one job rather than as an afterthought.

What we cover

  • Highlight films

The event as it felt — arrival, room, stage, reactions — cut to a length people will actually watch.

  • Same-day social cuts

Short vertical edits turned around while the event is still running, when that is agreed in advance.

  • Speaker & stage

Sessions, panels and keynotes recorded properly, with audio taken from the desk rather than the room.

  • Interviews

Speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and guests, recorded on site while everyone is still in the building.

  • Sponsor & branding

Deliberate coverage of the branding sponsors paid for, which is often what pays for the film.

  • Exhibition stands

Stand activity, demonstrations and footfall, for exhibitors who need proof of presence.

Why the plan matters more than the kit

An event does not stop for a crew. There is one keynote, one ribbon cut, one moment when the room is full, and none of them can be repeated. So the work happens in the planning: a run-sheet marked with the shots that must not be missed, agreement on how many cameras that requires, and a decision about where the operator stands before the room fills.

Sound is the other thing that separates usable event footage from unusable. A keynote recorded on a camera microphone from the back of a hall is a memory, not a deliverable, so speaker audio comes off the sound desk wherever the venue allows it.

What to tell us when you enquire

Event dates and venue, the run of the day, how many spaces run at once, whether interviews are wanted, when you need the first edit, and where the material will be published. Those six answers are enough for an accurate quotation, and the turnaround one matters most — it changes how the shoot is staffed, not just the edit.

Who we work with

Event organisers and agencies, exhibitors, hotels hosting events, corporate communications teams and brands running launches. Published event work includes exhibition coverage at Dubai World Trade Centre, tour operator conferences and hotel New Year programmes.

Questions

Common questions

How quickly can we get an edit?

Same-day and next-morning cuts are possible when they are agreed in advance, because the edit has to be staffed and the shoot structured around it. Turnaround is a scope decision made before the event, not a request made afterwards.

Do you cover multi-day events?

Yes. Exhibitions and conferences usually run several days, and the useful pattern is a daily social cut published while the event is live, plus a longer highlight film assembled from the whole run.

Can you film speaker sessions and interviews as well as atmosphere?

Yes, and the interviews are usually the part with the longest life. Speakers, sponsors and guests are easiest to record while they are still on site, so we schedule those into the day rather than chasing people afterwards.

Do you handle filming permissions at the venue?

Venues and organisers set their own conditions, and large exhibition centres often require accreditation in advance. Requirements may vary depending on the venue, the event and the relevant authority, so we confirm what is needed once the event is known.

Will we get vertical clips for social?

Yes, framed vertically on the day rather than cropped later. For events this matters more than usual, because the clips that travel are published while the event is still happening and there is no time to reformat.

What affects the cost of event coverage?

Event length and number of days, how many cameras and operators are needed, whether interviews or a second stage are covered, turnaround speed, the number of deliverables, and usage rights. Fast turnaround is the factor clients most often underestimate.
