What we collect

This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. We do not set cookies, so there is nothing to consent to for browsing.

There are no forms on this site. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send us, such as your name, contact details and the details of your enquiry.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project. It is not used to profile you.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, share it with advertising networks, or add you to a marketing list because you contacted us. Any newsletter would require a separate, explicit opt-in. We do not send automated replies to submitted addresses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant and then deleted. Spam is discarded.

Who else sees it

The site runs on a third-party hosting platform, and email and messaging run on third-party providers. They act only as processors on our behalf: they handle the data to run the site and deliver messages, and for nothing else. Nobody else receives it.

We describe these by category rather than by name so this page stays accurate if we change provider. If you want to know exactly which services we use, email info@sortie.ae and we will tell you.

Your choices

Email info@sortie.ae to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests unless we are required to retain something for legal or accounting reasons.
