What we collect
This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. We do not set cookies, so there is nothing to consent to for browsing.
If you submit the free audit form, we receive what you typed into it: your name, job title, company, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, your website and social profiles, your stated objectives, budget range, timeline and any further comments. We also record the page you submitted from, the page that referred you, any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed, and your IP address.
Why we collect it
To prepare and send you the audit you asked for, and to contact you about it. The IP address and timing information exist solely to detect automated and abusive submissions — they are not used to profile you.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, share it with advertising networks, or add you to a marketing list because you requested an audit. Any newsletter would require a separate, explicit opt-in. We do not send automated replies to submitted addresses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant and then deleted. Submissions our filters classify as spam are discarded.
Who else sees it
The site runs on a third-party hosting platform, and form submissions are delivered to us by a third-party email provider. Both act only as processors on our behalf: they handle the data to run the site and deliver the message, and for nothing else. Nobody else receives it, and we do not use any other third-party service that would.
We describe these by category rather than by name so this page stays accurate if we change provider. If you want to know exactly which services we use, email info@sortie.ae and we will tell you.
Your choices
Email info@sortie.ae to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests unless we are required to retain something for legal or accounting reasons.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
